The till locks without a shift
No shift, no transactions. Time closed keeps counting and lands in the report, so the gap between opening and serving stops being a verbal account.
Point of sale for laundry outlets
The till stays locked until a shift is opened with an opening float. Cash, QRIS, cash in and cash out all land in one debit/credit cash book. A shift can only be closed after the money is counted — it is never handed over.

Shift cycle
Cash discipline is not a month-end report — it is enforced by the till screen itself. No shift, no transactions.
With no shift open, the till screen is blocked. The closed interval is counted live and lands in the report, so the owner knows exactly how long the outlet was not serving.
The cashier must enter the drawer's opening float on the money keypad. That amount becomes the first line of the cash book as a DEBIT — not a note filed somewhere else.
Cash sales post as DEBIT. QRIS is recorded as income without adding to the drawer. Manual cash in and cash out require a reason — packing plastic, courier fuel, a bank deposit.
A shift cannot be closed without counting the physical money in the drawer. Variance = counted cash − (Σ debit − Σ credit). Orders still in progress are saved as drafts automatically.
A shift report cannot be edited once closed. A shift cannot be handed over either — the next cashier opens a new one with their own float, so a variance always belongs to someone.
The figures from the demo above. Move the counted cash and see what the owner sees.
The variance is recorded permanently on the shift report, with the cash book that produced it.
Features
Every screen below exists because of a real problem in an outlet — not because a competitor had one.
No shift, no transactions. Time closed keeps counting and lands in the report, so the gap between opening and serving stops being a verbal account.
Opening float, cash, QRIS, cash in and cash out all sit in the same book. QRIS is recorded as income without adding money to the drawer.
Express, Reguler and Hemat each carry their own rate per service. Premium raises the rate by a percentage you can see — the old price stays on screen.
Every input goes through large in-app keys: a money keypad, decimal digits, a phone numpad, a custom QWERTY and a stepper. The flow is uniform, fast and hard to mistype.
One setting, every number follows — prices, quantities, reports, keypad labels. Try it: every figure on this page changes.
Filter by date range, five shifts to a page, the full cash book in the detail. The variance status is visible from the list without opening anything.
Transactions are written to the device first and synced through a queue when online. Order IDs are minted on the device, so a resend never duplicates data.
An unfinished order saves itself as customer@time. The name and WhatsApp number come off the numpad rather than being retyped.

Yes. Every transaction is written to device storage first (IndexedDB on the web, Room on Android), then synced through a queue when the connection returns. Order IDs are minted on the device, so a resend never duplicates anything on the server.
Because a cash variance has to belong to someone. Each cashier opens a shift with their own float and closes it against their own count. Unfinished drafts can still be picked up in the next shift, with a confirmation.
The variance is recorded permanently on the shift report — short, over, or balanced — together with the cash book that produced it. The owner sees it in the shift list without opening each one.
Bluetooth ESC/POS thermal printers, 58 mm and 80 mm. On Android the printer connection is native and therefore the most reliable; on the web, printing goes through the browser dialog.
The owner. “Lock the till without a shift” and “counting cash is mandatory” are locked in the owner's settings and cannot be turned off by a cashier. Pickup and delivery rates, Premium mode and number format live in the same place.
60 days free, no card. Install it on the cashier's phone, enter the opening float, and let the cash book do the rest.
